Ray served nearly a decade in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada, including as Chief of Staff and Principal Secretary to Canada’s 22nd Prime Minister. In these capacities he oversaw daily operations of the Prime Minister’s Office and led strategic coordination in support of the government’s policy and communications agenda. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors Political Science) from Western University.
