Idee Inyangudor
Vice President
Idee draws from his expertise in international development, blended finance, public policy, and strategic communications to serve private sector companies, governments, and civil society organizations. Idee previously served as the Director of Policy and Stakeholder Relations for the Minister of International Development and was twice recognized as among the Top 100 influencing the Government of Canada’s foreign policy.

Christine Hogan
Former Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change and International Trade
Christine Hogan is an accomplished public policy leader with more than three decades experience including in the senior ranks of the Canadian public service.
She served as Deputy Minister of International Trade and as Foreign and Defence Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada before becoming Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change from 2019 to 2022. From 2016 to 2019, she was Executive Director for Canada, Ireland, and the Caribbean at the World Bank Group.
Prior to these roles, she held executive-level positions at the Canadian International Development Agency, the Privy Council Office and Environment Canada. Ms. Hogan currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and is active on advisory and non-profit Boards.
Ms. Hogan holds a Bachelor of Public Administration from Carleton University, is a recipient of the Bissett Alumni Award for Distinctive Contributions to the Public Sector, and a former Yale University World Fellow.

Neha Beri
Director
Neha Beri is a globally recognized public policy and government relations expert with over a decade of experience at the intersection of international diplomacy, development, and legislative affairs. She brings nearly a decade of experience on Parliament Hill, where she served in the offices of several Liberal Members of Parliament.
As a main driver of the Global Cooperation Caucus within Parliament, Neha drives high-level engagement with all political parties on cross-border policy initiatives, fostering collaboration among legislators, civil society, and international institutions to address shared global challenges. Her leadership has contributed to strategic dialogue on climate resilience, health equity, and peacebuilding. Neha’s global portfolio includes impactful work with leading international NGOs, where she has spearheaded initiatives focused on development finance, health systems strengthening, and equitable trade.
Known for her strategic communication skills and ability to build trust across cultures and sectors, Neha brings a collaborative, outcomes-driven approach to every initiative. Her work continues to influence key conversations on how global cooperation, inclusive governance, and innovation can deliver meaningful results for people and the planet.

Luwam Ghebre
Director
Luwam is fully bilingual and brings over a decade of public affairs experience having served as a senior advisor on Parliament Hill – both in government and opposition – and election campaigns. She has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the inner workings and complexities of government and brings experience in developing and implementing communications and stakeholder strategies for senior executives in government, and the private sector. She brings to the role proven leadership in managing client portfolios, project execution, and a passion for emerging market partnerships, especially in Africa.
